Spirulina is a food made from a microsopic freshwater single-celled plant. Typically you add a teaspoonful to a drink (such as a smoothie), or added to a meal. It is a highly concentrated source of nutrients including antioxidants, trace minerals (including iron), vitamins, chlorophyll and all essential amino acids.
Spirulina is an acquired taste, but is nonetheless a useful addition to the diet. We encourage the consumption of weird and wonderful foodstuffs, because a varied diet is a good diet.
Ingredients:
100% pure spirulina powder.
