This coconut nectar syrup has a richer, more distinctive flavour than the amber variety. The taste is similar to that of maple syrup. The sweetener is easier poured over pancakes, porridge or toast for breakfast. Blonde coconut syrup is ideal for raw food and paleo recipes.
