  • Adds a warm, sweet nutty flavour.
Neilsen Massey Almond Extract is a handy way to add almond flavour to a recipe and combines with many other ingredients, such as chocolate, cream, vanilla, coffee, cherries, raisins, apricots, coconut, ginger and cinnamon.

Add a drop of almond extract to: icing sugar for decorative icing, rice pudding or custard, hot chocolate or coffee, marzipan, bakewell tart, cherry pie, fruit loaf and biscuits.
