Made by dehydrating agave syrup from the Blue Agave plant. Agave sugar has a sweeter taste than the equivalent amount of cane sugar, so you also need to use less in your recipes.
Use instead of cane sugar in cooking and baking. Sprinkle over cereal, porridge, waffles and pancakes. This fine, white powder is ideal for making butter cream icing and royal icing. Use as a decorative sugar to dust the top of sponge cakes.
A dark syrup also made from the Agave Plant. This squeezy bottle is ideal for adding to porridge and using in baking recipes such as Gingerbread Biscuits instead of Molasses.
