Our roasted peanuts still have the skins on which increases the amount of antioxidants that are present compared to peanuts without their skin. This also increases the fibre content too, making these a fantastic snack to take on the go or have at home between meals.
These peanuts are also high in nutrients and minerals, such as magnesium, folate, vitamin E, copper and arginine, as well as being high in healthy fats (monounsaturated fat). All of these things contribute to the function of the body on a daily basis.
