Blackberry powder can be used to make smoothies, milkshakes, lollies, jelly, flavouring yoghurt or custard, meringue, sauces and desserts. It is also an ideal consistency for dusting onto puddings.
To rehydrate, use 1 part blackberry powder to 7 parts liquid.

Due to the nature of this product being additive free, natural clumping can occur but this can easily be broken up with a blender, spoon or even your fingers.
