Tempeh Mince

Tempeh is an Indonesian miracle food made from nothing but cultured soybeans and water. It is naturally packed with protein and fibre, has a firm bite and is one of your five a day. Guided by Better Nature's Indonesian roots and seasoned with only a handful of flavour-boosting oils and spices, this Tempeh Mince is so good you'll be stirring it into all your favourite bolognese, chilli and nachos dishes.

Ingredients
Tempeh 93% (soya beans, water, tempeh culture (rice flour, inoculum)), rapeseed oil, salt, yeast extract, onion powder, cumin, black pepper.
Produced in a factory that also handles cereals containing gluten.
