Directions
Chop these tomatoes with a sharp knife before adding to salads. You don't have to soak sun-dried tomatoes before use, but if you do, they will be softer. Simply place into a bowl and cover with water, leaving for a few hours.
You can also eat these sun-dried tomatoes as a tasty snack, or chop finely and use them to top pizzas or to flavour pasta sauces.
