These organically grown tomatoes are dried in the sun before a little salt is added as a natural preservative. We recommend pre-soaking what you need each time in cold or tepid water before adding them to your recipes. Once pre-soaked, you can chop them by hand or in a food processor to make a tasty sauce for pizzas or a base for red pesto. Alternatively, just add some to a simple mozzarella and basil salad/entree.
