This instant miso soup can be made in a mug as a quick convenient snack-drink, or made into a more elaborate meal with vegetables, crispbread and other ingredients. Each sachet contains a light miso, together with wakame seaweed and Kombu.
Miso is a good source of soy protein, and the sea vegetables contains a number of essential minerals.
Directions
Pour a sachet into a mug or small bowl. Add a large cupful of boiling water and serve.
You can add other ingredients to taste, making this into a large meal. For example, add noodles and vegetables for a filling noodle soup.
