Activated Buckwheat Crisp Bites Covered in Lucuma and Cacao

These crispy buckwheat groats have been soaked, sprouted and dehydrated below 42C. They are then covered with a scrumptious chocolate sauce made with superfood lucuma fruit, raw cacao and creamy cacao butter. For the extra sweetness a generous handful of raw coconut chips and chewy dates is added!

Directions

These are great as a cereal or just as a tasty snack! Perfect with almond milk or coconut milk and covered with fresh fruit. It's also great as a topping on your favourite smoothie bowl or yoghurt.
