Carley's famous Organic Preserved Lemons are made using the finest fresh Sicilian organic lemons, chopped and brined in Cornwall with Soil Association approved sea salt, organic bay leaves, and whole black peppercorns. These preserved lemons offer a rich, tangy flavour with a delightful depth of seasoning, making them the perfect addition to Mediterranean dishes, salads, tagines, or as a zesty garnish for a variety of meals.
