These small gherkins, handpicked fresh from the vine, are carefully preserved in a light spirit vinegar give them their distinctive zingy flavour and famous crunch. Deliciously tart with the perfect balance of salty and vinegary savoury flavour, Opies Mini Gherkins can be used for more than just garnish, they're perfect in a cucumber and cream cheese sandwich with a twist, a homemade tartar sauce, or your own pickled relish.
