Our Korean BBQ spice mix is exactly what you need to have some of the basic elements of Korean cooking! This mix is organically grown and is wonderfully aromatic with fruity and spicy flavours, along with hints of ginger. You can use this product predominantly for seasoning meat, and meat alternatives (such as tofu and tempeh), that is ready to be grilled and enjoyed with many other dishes that go along with a Korean BBQ - kimchi, kimchi fried rice, cucumber salad and more. You can also use this spice mix to make a delicious marinade if your recipe calls for this.
