Apricot kernels are a similar size and shape to almonds. They do however lack the sweetness of almonds but instead have a rich nutty flavour.
The mix of Apricot Kernel with Brazil Nut makes for a creamy, nutty spread.
Use
This spread can be put on toast and eaten in the same way you would use peanut butter. Once opened it should be consumed within 3 months. Store in a cool cupboard or in the fridge.
Do note that laetrile B17 is present in this product therefore the suggested daily amount is about 20g.
