Directions:

  1. Combine one packet of Celebrate Health Mediterranean Lentils with 1 cup of water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Stir then lower heat to simmer gently for 15 minutes with lid on.
  3. Serve either on their own or as a delicious accompaniment.
