This miso soup contains chopped real mushrooms and nori seaweed, to create an excellent flavour. Use as a lunchtime snack, or as part of a larger soup-based dish. It goes perfectly with the wakame seaweed flakes, to create a filling meal.

Directions
Empty the contents of a sachet into a cup or small bowl. Pour in a large cupful of boiling water. Stir and serve.
