Pure Milk Thistle Seeds
- Roasted seeds can be used as a coffee substitution.
- Whole seeds are a good addition to salads, breads, biscuits and cereal bars.
- Can be added to smoothies and nut milks.
- To make tea, use 1 tsp of ground milk thistle seeds to a cup of boiling water. Brew for around 15 minutes.
