Much like our other dried fruit peels, our organic mandarin peel is a perfect ingredient for anyone that bakes or is an avid tea drinker. You can use our organic mandarin peel in various baking recipes, such as fruit cakes and biscuits, to add a twist of citrus flavour. The mandarin peels can also be used in soups, stews and rice to add a hint of fruitiness to your recipes.
You can also grind these peels into a powdered consistency and use it as a rubbing spice for meat, and meat alternatives like tofu, or for sprinkling into recipes with ease.
To use as a tea: Add 1-2 teaspoons and steep in hot water for 5-15 minutes depending on your liking.
