Bonsan plant-based Kofu Ragu Chunks are made with fermented kombucha cultured tofu and subtly flavoured with tomato and a blend of spices and herbs. Simply pan fry the chunks and add to your favourite tomato sauce and serve alongside fresh pasta to make a delicious meal.
