Organic Kofu Ragu Chunks

Bonsan plant-based Kofu Ragu Chunks are made with fermented kombucha cultured tofu and subtly flavoured with tomato and a blend of spices and herbs. Simply pan fry the chunks and add to your favourite tomato sauce and serve alongside fresh pasta to make a delicious meal.

Ingredients
Tofu ((85%) water, soy beans*, coagulants: Kombucha* (black tea* with sugar* fermented into vinegar) and Nigari (magnesium chloride)), tomato paste*, sunflower oil*, sea salt, tamari* (water, soy beans*, sea salt), yeast flakes*, spices* (contains celeriac*), onions*, smoke * = Certified organic ingredients
