Mix 5-10g into your favourite smoothie, juice or any other beverage of choice. Alternatively you can also mix into your cereal or yogurt in the morning. 10g (2 tablespoons) is equal to your recommended daily consumption.
Ensure the powder is thoroughly mixed before consuming. Ideally use a shaker or mini-whisk. 5g should be added to roughly 300-400ml liquid, and 10g to around 600-1L liquid.
