Valerian Tea for Sleep

This tea is designed to be taken an hour or two before bedtime, in order to help get a good night's sleep.
It contains valerian and hops, which are natural sedatives, as well as lime flowers which have a natural calming effect.
Brew one tea-bag in a cup of boiling water for around 3 minutes. For best effect, drink an hour or two before bed-time.
Limeflowers*, valerian root 20%, hops 15%, passion flowers, fennel*.
