Pukka's "Night Time" tea is a soothing blend of oat flower, lavender, and silky-sweet lime flower together with the magic of valerian. This tea is best enjoyed just before bed, and can be used to aid a natural, restful sleep.

Directions

To get the best from this tea, infuse for at least 3 minutes in freshly boiled water that has been allowed to cool a little.
Ingredients
Naturally caffeine-free and ethically sourced, 100% organically grown ingredients: Oat flowering tops (30%), liquorice root, chamomile flavour, lavender flower (14%), limeflower (10%), valerian root, green Rama tulsi leaf.
