Made with a combination of corn flour, rice and quinoa, Garofalo Gluten Free Linguine are formulated specifically for coeliacs and the gluten intolerant. They offer the flavour of a genuine pasta that is bronze drawn to obtain a rough surface that sauces adhere to very well.
