Freeze dry blueberry powder is a natural and clever way to add flavour and colour to a dish. Best of all, it is a sneaky way of introducing some extra fruit into the diet.

This blueberry powder is made of just blueberries, which means it has no added flavourings, no added colours, no added sugar, no preservatives, nothing but blueberry.

Uses

This blueberry powder can be incorporated into drinks, desserts and sauces. Use blueberry powder to make: smoothies, milkshakes, lollies, jelly, flavouring yoghurt or ice-cream, meringue, coulis and sponges. It is also an ideal consistency for dusting onto puddings.

To rehydrate, use 1 part blueberry powder to 2 parts cold water.

Ingredients
Blueberries. (100% pure blueberry).

Due to the nature of this product being additive free, natural clumping can occur but this can easily be broken up with a blender, spoon or even your fingers.
