1. Marinate the vegetables, pulses or ingredients of your choice in one jar of the tikka paste for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Preheat your oven to 180C /350F or gas mark 4.
3. Arrange your marinated ingredients in a lightly greased oven proof dish, add fresh plain yoghurt (or dairy-free yoghurt) to taste and cook uncovered for 10 minutes, or until tender. If adding to meat, cook for a minimum of 35 minutes.
