Our dried whole kumquats make enjoying this fruit incredibly easy. Kumquats are a great source of vitamin C, vitamin A and minerals, such as potassium, calcium and magnesium. They're also high in antioxidants, which make them a great snacking choice or for adding into your breakfast cereals/yogurt as an energetic start to your day.
You can additionally use dried kumquats for a lot of different food decoration - cocktails/mocktails, cakes, ice cream, cupcakes, soufflés, muffins and plenty more. They're also an essential ingredient for certain exotic salad recipes and can also be the key element to certain homemade salad dressings or sauces for meals.
With their high levels of vitamin C it also makes them a great ingredient for energy bars and tea infusions.
