The Dove's Farm baking range includes cornflour, which can be an addition in gluten free cooking/baking. Corflour is also used to thicken up soups, sauces and gravy. The back of the packet has instructions on thickening gravy and also lists a tasty BBQ sauce recipe.
Note: Cornflour is not ground up corn. It is in fact corn starch powder. For ground corn variants (such as the main ingredient of tortillas and flatbreads) is either fine cornmeal, maize meal or coarse cornmeal.
