Arista Copper Tongue Scraper

The copper tongue scraper has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine. The tongue scraper is made entirely of copper. It has natural properties that destroy a wide range of bacteria. It helps to get rid of toxins that have been secreted during the night. The tongue scraper comes with a cotton pouch for easy carrying.

Directions

Extend your tongue as far out as possible. Place the curved edge of Arista Copper Tongue Cleaner at the back of your tongue. Scrape forward, applying gentle pressure as your pull the cleaner to the front of your mouth. Repeat until all the residue is removed. Wash your Arista Copper Tongue Cleaner with warm water and dry it completely.
