This cinnamon is the delicious, subtle cinnamon flavour that perfectly accompanies
fruit, baking, cream and chocolate. It is with these cinnamon quills you would use to make
mulled wine or to spice up a
milky drink of cocoa.
How to use Cinnamon Quills
Cinnamon quills don't need any preparation before being used.
Use Whole: You may prefer to add a stick to custard or cream whilst it's warming, allowing the flavours to release and then sieving to remove any cinnamon pieces.
Crumble or crush: Try sprinkling this cinnamon on to a fruit bake, or cake 5 minutes before it is removed from the oven.
Ground: Grind the cinnamon into a powder, to add to bread recipes and other chosen recipes. You can also buy cinnamon in powder form.
