Nielsen Massey Chocolate Extract is a handy way to add chocolate flavour to a recipe and combines well with many other ingredients, such as: vanilla, coffee, cream, coconut, strawberry, raisins, cherry, Brazil nuts, peanuts, almond, goji berries, blueberries, maple syrup and cinnamon.
Add a drop of chocolate extract to: icing sugar for decorative icing, rice pudding or custard, coffee, biscuits, cakes and sweet fillings.
