Ready To Eat Capers

Capers are a zesty ingredient used in many Mediterranean dishes, such as pizza topping, pasta and salads. These little pods are actually young flower buds from the caper bush (Capparis spinosa) and are pickled in vinegar to enhance their tangy lemon-like flavour.
Bevelini capers are ready to eat straight from the jar. Net Weight 100g, 60g when drained.
