Once open store in an airtight container and consume within 2 months. Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.

Directions

Breakfast idea: Banana-walnuts Teff-Porridge - prepared in 2 minutes!

1 cup teff porridge
3 cups of water (or liquid of your choice)
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of ground cinnamon
1/4 cup crushed walnuts
1 tablespoon extra-virgin unrefined coconut oil
1 sliced banana (save some for topping)
1 tablespoon of manuka honey or maple syrup

Bring saucepan to medium heat. Add all the ingredients and stir well to combine. Bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, turn the heat to medium low, cover and cook for two minutes, stir from time to time. Done!
