These dramatic looking back noodles are a healthier way to enjoy a noodle or pasta dish. They are higher in protein that ordinary wheat noodles and are perfect for those who want to or need to avoid gluten.
The black bean adds both taste, colour and nutrition to the spaghetti. They are both filling and satisfying.
Directions for Use
Simmer gently for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through. Once cooked strain then rinse under cold running water so that the noodles do not continue cooking. This also helps to prevent sticking.
The suggested serving size per person is 56g, therefore the pack should serve 4 people or provide you with 4 single servings.
