Pure Edamame Bean Pasta - Gluten-free

These bean-based noodles have a delicate flavour and a satisfying bite if cooked correctly. They do not require much cooking. Just bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes and then remove immediately and rinse under cold water to retain the 'al dente' type texture.
Edamame pasta noodles are a versatile base for both Asian cuisine as well as more traditional Italian pasta dishes. The long, thin spaghetti-like strips collect sauce nicely and due to their fibre content are very filling.
