Made using the finest British rolled oats and the perfect balance of cinnamon mixed with delicious apple pieces that come to life when cooked. Packed with 13 plant-based foods and prebiotics, it's a match made in gut-loving goodness heaven. All in a handy pot for breakfast on-the-go.
Ingredients
Wholegrain Oats (37%), Coconut Milk Powder, Dates, Seeds (Sunflower, Chia, (Salvia Hispanica), Brown Linseed), Ground Almonds, Apple (5%), Chicory Root Fibre, Dried Carrot, Quinoa Flakes, Buckwheat Flakes, Cinnamon (1%).

Bio&Me Statement: May contain traces of other nuts. While we don't use wheat (a gluten-containing grain) in our products, our bakery does handle wheat so unfortunately we're not currently suitable for coeliacs. We're working on that.
