Can be tolerated with by some with wheat sensitivity.
Directions:
For 3-4 persons. Pour 250ml of water in a large saucepan, add 1 tblsp of oil, 1 tsp. of salt and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Stir and pour in 250g of cous cous and allow to swell for 2 mins. Add 2-3 tsp of olive oil and heat again on very low heat for 3 mins while stirring with a fork to separate the grains.
