Description
  • A wonderful, premium quality wildflower honey with a mild flavour and aroma.
  • This superb honey comes from the Mani Peninsula on the Southern Peloponnese.
  • Created by Yiannis, an artisan beekeeper who takes his Bees from the middle of mainland Greece, 300 kilometres south, to feed. He only collects a very small amount of honey from his hives and leaves enough for his bees to feed for the coming season.
  • This honey comes from a very limited production (under 250 kilos in total).
  • 250g.

Melissa only deals with very small nomadic Artisan Beekeepers scattered all over Greece. Their yearly production is very small, and in some instances, maybe no more than 400 kilos.

All Melissa's honey is raw, unheated and unprocessed as it comes from the hive with only an initial basic filtration.
