Udon Noodles make a simple accompaniment to soups and stir-fries. These Udon are around 2mm wide and 20cm in length and are similar looking to linguine. They are easy to cook and add straight into soup with vegetables, meat and/or fish. They are best enjoyed freshly boiled and served straight away, but can be stored cooked and reheated for lunch time leftovers.
