An artisan honey collected by a Beekeeper called Ernest in Central Otago, an area on the South Island of New Zealand. This honey is made from nectar collected from Wild Thyme blossom. Ernest also collects another honey from hives located near Wild Thyme fields.

Store below 20°c. Suggested serving size is 10g. Use straight from the jar using a clean utensil each time.
