Add an extra flavour dimension to your stir-fry with these Taro and Ginger flavoured Buckwheat noodles. They have a nutty, savoury flavour making them the ideal accompaniment to a vegetarian stew, soup or stir-fry. They contain slightly less carbohydrates than some other wheat based noodles. They contain no egg so are a perfect replacement for people who can't have normal egg noodles.

These Soba Noodles are just under 2mm wide and 20cm in length.
