Tahini is a popular Mediterranean and Middle Eastern condiment which is made from sesame seeds. Clearspring's Organic Tahini Black Sesame is made for us by a third-generation family producer in Europe, where they have been making Tahini since 1949.

Clearspring Organic Tahini uses the finest, carefully selected 100% organic whole black sesame seeds. The black sesame seeds are roasted and then ground into a smooth paste. Black sesame tahini have a stronger, richer, and slightly nuttier flavour than white and whole sesame tahini.

This unusual black paste brings contrast to your dishes, perfect on its own or drizzled on salads and steamed vegetables.
