Soya Mince is suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. Once rehydrated, it is cooked in a similar way to normal mince. It is best pre-soaked in stock first. Use in Vegetarian Burgers, Sausages, Nut Roast and Stuffing.
Soya Mince can also be useful for carnivores when you are trying to economise on meat, for example when making Shepherds Pie or Spaghetti Bolognese!
