This Soya Mince is ideal for making into vegetarian sausages, nut roasts and stuffing.
It is best to pre-soak in hot water or vegetable stock first to allow the mince to expand and soften. This technique is also best when preparing the soya mince to be used in Vegetarian Bolognese.
The soya mince can be mixed with actual beef or lamb mince to make the meat go further. Soya mince can be ground a little finer by hand and used rather like breadcrumbs if making burgers or meatballs.
