Whole skin peanuts are roasted and made into a spreadable, smooth butter. Can be used as a spread or a cooking ingredient.
Ideal for making a simple Satay sauce. Warm the peanut butter slightly and mix in with a pinch or two of Chinese 5-Spice, Chilli Flakes or Powder, Soy/Tamari Sauce and Ketchup. Use as a marinade or dip for meat, fish, seafood or vegetables.
