Sesame Seeds 100g (TRS)

These sesame seeds are hulled but otherwise relatively unrefined. They are ideal for sprinkling into breakfast-muesli or into a bread mix.

Sesame seeds are a great way of boosting the nutritional content of a meal. They are high in omega oils and a number of essential vitamins including calcium, iron, thiamine and vitamin E.


Sprinkle sesame seeds into meals including breads, muesli, salads or stir-fries. Alternatively, just eat by the handful straight out of the pack!

Sesame seeds are used to make tahini. Simply whizz them up in a blender, optionally adding garlic and lemon juice.
