Red Pepper Houmous Dip
This is a flavoursome red pepper houmous dip. It has tasty hints of garlic, lemon and salt - and the colour is magnificent! It's a fantastic replacement for heavy, dairy-based dips and can be eaten as a healthy snack on pita bread or crackers. Crispbread or vegetable sticks work great for dipping into it too!
