Activation is the process of soaking, sprouting and fermenting of seeds. Raw Ecstasy’s Activated seeds have been long-soaked in a natural saline solution, then long dried at temperatures less than 55º. This ensures optimum activation, preservation of nutrients and micro-organisms and detox of anti-nutrients.

Activated Pumpkin Seeds or Pepitas have a creamy and slightly savoury taste. They make an ideal snack as they are. Alternatively you can sprinkle on top of yoghurts or cereal for a nutritional boost. We look adding ours to smoothies!
