Our organic oyster mushroom powder can be used in a variety of ways. It can be added to soups, stews, sauces, gravies, and other savoury dishes for a delicious umami flavour. Oyster mushroom powder can also be added to smoothies, protein shakes, yogurts/yogurt alternatives for an extra nutrient boost.
