• Origin: Sparta, Peloponnese, Greece from Vilia and Kargakos families.
• Process: Superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from mechanical (never chemical) means; achieving 0.21% acidity. The olives are milled within 24 hours of being picked. This oil is filtered.

Tastes like... Fresh and buttery, with an initial aroma of fresh-cut green grass, followed by the fragrance of artichokes and tomato. On the palate, it has a smooth and delicate creamy feel, with distinct herby notes like oregano and dried basil coming through. The finish here is pleasant with a tingling cracked pepper spice.
